I totally agree with your words. To see the child in obvious pain made me feel anger, especially when the braider seem to just ignore the situation.
As a child I was very tender headed and watching this video brought back painful memories. Thank goodness I overcame these bad memories.
This woman should be reported for causing such pain to a child, or she should get some training on how to manage the texture of black hair types.
