I’ve been going through severe burnout, mental health issues and insomnia. I finally booked and planned a trip to Arizona in august. I need this vacation so badly. And now I’m getting all anxious and overhwlemed because of the messages about august. I booked the trip a while ago, I really need it to rest and heal
Listening to the October section atm, about healing. I was looking through my phone notes, ive had the same phone since late 2020. And realised I've grown more as a person and learned more lessons in the past 3 years than I have in the previous 15 years. I'm only 26 but I felt stunted between the ages of 4-24. Which makes a lot of sense given my human design profile is 6/3. If anyone doenst know theyre human design profile you should check it out! It made me see my life path in a clear and positive way and stop blaming myself for not being further along by now.
What I learned from this past fall/winter season is to go with the flow and roll with the punches, but most importantly, we are the masters of our own universe, and outside force can't take that from us if we don't let it. I have a number of things up in the air right now but stressing over them won't make them easier, but sitting back and doing nothing won't solve anything either, so I'm trying to be calmly pro-active and trust whatever is meant for me will work out in the end.
