I love mine no regrets whatsoever i honestly didn't know how much i was going to use it when i got it but now im convinced ill end up wearing the thing out i play it so much lol got a ton of great retro games on it to that i loved from all the old systems.
Had to do a double take there when you said lion ux 🦁😆 but this is a handheld I've never seen before so thanks for the share. It would sit well next to the sega styled one!
I want it, but I’m going for the RG353PS and myself personally, I’m not to worry about it pocket-size because I’m gonna be hooking it up to my TV or my computer monitor🤩
I'm looking to get one of these for sure. Very niche but android has my boy and my old boy emulators which has GB/GBA link cable emulation that's very easy to use. I haven't seen anything as seamless on the Linux side of things. So I'd play mostly on Linux but if I ever wanted to battle in older Pokémon games I'd just switch over to the android side and play my save file there. Trying to see if I can score one of these for like $80 lol
The touch screen stopped working on mine, making the android side impossible to use. I still enjoy playing the Linux side, but certain N64 and Dreamcast games will only play correctly in Android and DS is not as fun without the touch screen.
Bro I have a transparent, kinda purple or black Linux RG353PS and I've had it for like 4 months and now this morning I played some Pokemon Emerald, saw the red light, charged it, but it suddenly shut down without me pressing the power key. I kept charging it, then after a few hours, I saw the light wasn't on. It never was. I don't know why, I don't know if it's updating, but I can't on it now. Please help I had a shiny Gardevoir...
Hmmm if you’re charging it and it’s not turning on I am not sure what else to do. Maybe try the RetroHandhelds discord and see if anyone can help you there
But for what? You can emulate everything on Linux, the Touchscreen, i mean come on, are you really using it on that little screen? The PS version is cheaper and is a better form factor than the vertical ones. Also, if you want to play Android games, just buy a android phone.@@adinwalls

Funny enough I was just looking at these and wondering exactly this question 😂 Thanks Adin!
Sadly I see the price rising again after the release of its little brother, the rg353ps (without the android os)
Hmmm, that sucks

The world has set me straight. I say it correctly now… and if I don’t I edit it out! 😂
@@adinwalls 😂😂 I feel like it's a gif jif potato potato scenario haha

@user-nv1gm2zj7y yes

Bought one recently, impatiently waiting to get it on my hands!
Yay!
I know im late but yea, the 353p is still worth it! And good news, GammaOS made its way onto the 353 devices!
How to add those games on it?
Got one last month for 65$. Great device.
Great deal! Yes it’s still a good option.
They sell it in Linux and android solo versions.
Are you doing a full review on this ? I’m tempted to get one
I have so many devices int he queue but yes
So, how much is that?
I've got one and didn't even know it had Android till just now 😅
Lol

Ah bummer man

Are there aftermarket shells for it?
I don’t think so but I know some guys got their hands on the new shells and put their older devices into it.
this better than the rg353ps?
Same, but this have Android and touchscreen
How many games are pre-installed on it and do N64 games run well?
N64 isn’t 100% on this device but it plays most of the games.
Rather look at the retroid pocket 2s if you’re shopping around.
They went with Linux only on the rg353ps and dropped the touch. It’s a shame as these are amount my favourite handheld styles and shapes.
Yes, I don’t think it’s worth the money. I would rather get the touch screen with Android.
