Just done the same job last week with the retarder bearing gone must’ve been like that for a while and was causing all kind of trouble scince new with a banging when engaging a gear it was on contract for the first 5 years so its only now we have discovered it‘great vid’s though keep them coming 👍😎🇬🇧

Ours was only gasket leaking, wasn’t as bad as yours. Thanks tho, appreciate for watching👍🏽
What where the symptoms of the fault in this retarder ? I have excessive oil coming out the valve block vents.
This just had an excessive oil leak. It was still operating fully.
