Can any other brand of motors be used with this system besides Somfy? Please list the manufacturers if so. I assume you cannot just learn commands from RF remote controls that use a rolling code system?
Open next function doesn’t work when u do a schedule. It isn’t an option so therefor bond keeps opening my blinds until they r 100 percent open even though I want them to only open half way. Why !? When I manually select “open next” the blinds open halfway and stop. But when I schedule them, open next isn’t even an option it’s just open or close. This is super annoying as it is the only reason I got the bond to begin with.
My bond works with 5G. I haven’t linked Somfy, but I don’t think that matters since Bond is the one attached to the network. I do have outdoor shades hooked up to Bond, and it works using 5G Currently

Thanks for posting this video. My outdoor Sunsetter awning uses Somfy so I was able to get it easily working with bond.
Once Bond is paired to a Blind (motor), can you still control the same motor with a remote AND Bond ?

Does the bond work with 433.42 Somfy RTS and can it be integrated into Home assistant?

@@Mr_Babis yes. The remote keeps its functionality. The bond is merely another transmitter in the system

Do you need a somfy myLink or tahoma ?
I think the point is this is a cheaper replacement for the Somfy hub options. But it's not clear what Bond device he's using in the demo
