i guess im asking randomly but does anybody know a tool to log back into an instagram account? I was stupid lost the password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
@Stephen Benton thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site through google and Im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I have to say, I really enjoy when you put in the parts that aren’t perfect. Like did you have to show us the part where you had to restart? No, but I appreciate it. As someone who is going to school for this it’s a major relief to know that those who do this a lot still struggle sometimes, which makes my struggle much more manageable! Thanks!
I've been sitting here, trying to keep my jaw off the floor the whole time. I was doing OK until you got to the part where you decided to pull the giant coil, rather than centering a big blob. Wow! Thanks for the fun video, @Jonthepotter . Incidentally, is it just me, or does it seem as though young Ryder has become much better at talking all of a sudden? It's as though, overnight, he's using so many more words, and I am even able to understand them!!! So cute. ~~Debz
Fantastic! My mom and I have really been enjoying the Great Pottery Throwdown show from England - and they have some fantastically large throwing and building challenges. I’ve definitely been wondering how you might handle a larger challenge. So this is so much fun to watch. 😊😊😊
Thanks for sharing your skills, I enjoy by watching your works. Your son is amazing, wish you and your family health and success for your further labours! 🙏🙏🙏
Holy Hannah, Jon! This is by far my favorite video ever. You continue to inspire me. And this video seeing you and Ryder interact together just tops it all. Keep up the great work!
I learned a method where to throw a series of rings the width of pot and use them rather than the small coils you used. Once the thrown ring was attached by throwing downward, you pulled up, repeating to your final height.
When throwing sections, you can throw to have the top of the section on the bat match the target, but the bottom can be much narrower. Then when you attach things, it's like you had it coned in at the new top, then you can carefully pull it up and out as desired. I find this easier than trying to bring things back in after. As a bonus, you don't need a giganto bat. [Kind of like the piece you added at around 8 minutes.] Convincing coil-and-throw to neck back in is super challenging.
looking forward to seeing you teach your son how to throw his first pot in a few years. How long can you let pots dry before you have to fire them, can you wait to fire for years?
that's an insanely massive pot! @Jonthepotter Thanks for inspiring me to take up a pottery class. Heading to my second class (of eight) tonight! I'll be sure to send you something when I get decent!
Awwww my two little girls loved watching this one with me because they loved watching Ryder. However, my 3-year-old kept asking, "Where did his dog went?" I told her the puppy was in the house. ;) Also, great job on the "BIG POT!!"
Dude. You need to get a second wheel. While one is drying you can throw another on second wheel. No more taking the pot off the wheel to throw next stage. Excellent work. Beautiful son. He's so cute.
Love the supervisor getting his little hands on it.

That was awesome!! Kudos to you! That was impressive I have never attempted anything that big. Much less flip it over 2x's! It's beautiful!

Little guy is going to be a great potter and helper. Just like dad!

looking forward to seeing you teach your son how to throw his first pot in a few years. How long can you let pots dry before you have to fire them, can you wait to fire for years?

What is the clay you used for this planter?
Nice job...good luck getting it into the kiln!!:)
How can you make them the same shape and size everytime ?
Why did you use another hunk of clay during the 2nd half of the pot? What happened to the original attempt?
U R. My treadmill entertainment and lesson for the day! School’s closed, no wood shop classes to teach, so learn my second skill set!
Ryder is so cute. Love the big pot. He is going to throwing pots soon just like his daddy.
Your son is hella adorable! Tomorrow my youngest will be 13... time flies!
Holy moly, your kid is freakin adorable. Nice pot.
It came out nicely! Can't wait to see the final result!
Also, where can I find the Skutt t-shirt?
Dude. You need to get a second wheel. While one is drying you can throw another on second wheel. No more taking the pot off the wheel to throw next stage. Excellent work. Beautiful son. He's so cute.
I have another wheel!! That’s a good idea :)

Hey JTP fan friends... I was just reminded watching this, what are you using for a wedding surface? Does Jon use plywood? I can’t tell.
It’s birch plywood:)
Jonthepotter thanks! What I’m using definitely doesn’t work so I’ll be switching ASAP!!

Wow you hve don it. Excellent. and lovin your cheer leader, you rock Ryder.
Can anyone tell me how to vote. Can’t seem to figure it out. Thanks🤓
I think Ryder may have been low key trolling his old man 🙃
Awesome! You distorted it slightly on the last flip. Great job though.
Janet Johnson it’s sitting crooked in the wheel....
Ryder is sooo cute
Your son is so cute, the pot is as big as he is.🤣
