    Prism in this price tag of average 20 million for kanal plot is comparatively attractive than other societies of Lahore for genuine buyers
    I don't think with average infrastructure and location any society of Lahore kanal plot available in this price tag.

    the time it took to develope bohat se gareeb log waiting for handover to make house. i bought file 15 years ago in prism and still waiting to make house there

    It's not about any policy which can be held responsible alone, Prime reason is abnomally high interest rate, when prism plot was at 3 crore
    Discount rate was hovering around 11%. Once the interest rate in back to 10-11% prism will cross 4 crore for a good location plot.
    Kon pagal hai jo investment ky liye phase 6 main 6 crore ka plot lay ga aur prism main 2.5 ka bhi nahe lay ga

      High interest rates have been a key policy factor. However, with interest rates now declining, the real estate market is expected to see a positive impact. Despite this, prices in Prism are unlikely to rise significantly due to Phase 7. Phase 6 plot value at 6 crores could certainly reach 10 crores in the future, Although it's a different story for those who don't have 6 crores to invest.

    Very wrong Analysis on phase 7.
    This is yours misperceptions about phase 7. Best phase of DHA Lahore is prism 9 because Future is Prism 9 due to its Location.
    Prism 9 will lead after phase 6 and phase 8.

    Sir you may be right but my opinion Prism 9 will take time , why because of asking prices. Best option for genuine buyers is phase 7, why because of not asking prices thats the golden time to invest in phase 7. Pakistan Zindabad 🇵🇰 🇵🇰 🇵🇰
