Moin from Cux 👋🏻 Do I like today's episode? Well... I'm ex-truckie 🤣 So I would say YUP👍🏼 I usually say something about all the models, this time I'm just enjoying the show while having a "truckies breakfast". (Ham'n eggs, toast and what feels like a gallon of coffee 🥓🍳🍞☕). I have a question... Am I still on T's desk... Or in the parking lot of a truck stop? 🤔🤣 Hard to pick a favourite today, the semis are all simply WOW (and I think back to the days when I drove these things myself 😊) COE is actually a common term in the good ol U.S of A cabover is just the abbreviation of it, but sounds way cooler than the German term "Frontlenker" (literally Steering ahead) Ah yes... (17:06) We have something in common 😁 I like the "old" Petes too. (Especially the '76 "359 Conventional" as shown here) but also the "Kennys" (the "W900" and the "K100 COE" you also showed) are beautiful prime movers. (By the way, the 108" large-capacity cabs are only called Aerodyne at Kenworth). JOU, I can say that today's episode is one of my favourites. Definitely both thumbs up for it 👍🏼 👍🏼 Thanks a lot for sharing, T 🙏🏼 To you, your missus and your sofa tigers Ziggy and Molly have a bonza weekend and stay safe and sound. Keep up the good work, mate 😉 Greetings from the DCcoB at the lighthouse end of the Elbe River. 😎👍🏼🇦🇺🍻🇩🇪👍🏼🤠
You said it! The matchbox ultra trucks are a lot better built than the normal convoy castings. I'm lucky enough to own 13 in my collection. 9 Brewmasters 1tanker Ultra 94 1tanker Citgo 1 Peterbuilt with Peterbilt logo 1 Mack with Mack logo. Yep I'm looking for more, but only for a fair price, they vary on e-bay. V, nice collection you own, thanks for the tour👍
Have 4 original Ultra's from mid 80's, really detailed mirrors- whip antennas and correct looking semi wheels. Customize H/ O scale trucks to match trailers😎
This is truly a fantastic collection. Never heard of it before. The shiny Shell, BP and Mobil tankers are exquisite. Michelob is a beer brand in the US (of Czech origin, like Pilsen Urquell).
Hi Tyrone - Great collection - even though I've been collecting 1/64 scale since 2012 - I still have quite a few of what you've shown here which I collected as a kid back in the 70s early 80s. The Firestone truck was and still is one of my favourites 👍 Simon.
nice video I enjoy the matchbox collectibles stuff it was very expensive when new . so I do not have most of them. I do have some of the catalogs which help when looking for them!
Thanks for the info, Frank. I was in a Tokyo bar a few years back, drinking Asahi beer because ‘when in Rome’ and all that. Half way through, I read the label. Brewed and bottled in China. I remember thinking, ‘what’s Japanese for SELL OUTS!’ 😂
When I was a kid, my brother and I LOVED trucks. We were obsessed. As I recall, the “nose” type were called “conventional” in the US.
I love that some of these have actual rubber mud flaps. A former Matchbox Ambassador told me these were €35 when new.
The quality and detail of these castings is truly amazing, Jeroen. A shot of high-end collecting for a Matchbox fan! 😎

That’s quite a haul-er….. 😮
Very cool table full of trucks...

These were new to me too, Titi. There must be a thousand products out there yet to be discovered by Matchbox. 😳😁
Michelob was made by Anheiser-Busch, like Budweiser.

Simon.
What a dream collection! Cheers from a truck lover.
I like that yellow Tanker, with the big chrom trailer .......yes......
Thanks for this awesome video. Michelob was an American high-quality light beer.
It was a sort of upscale beer by the makers of Budweiser.
Really enjoyed this video. I collect trucks too.
Thanks, William. May your fleet expand forever. 🍻

Catalogues are a wonderful record for us collectors to endlessly ponder our next strategy. I’ve devoted many happy hours doing just that. 🍷🧐
Matchbox. Mega. Truck. Haul. !
👍 Thx 🇧🇪.
Some lovely trucks there! I believe bonneted trucks are known as conventionals, in the US at least.
I love the K100 COE trucks. Do you have more of them ?
There are a few of them in the collection, Alan. I managed to get hold of several in one purchase recently. I’ll post the video this weekend. 🍻
Thanks for sharing bro
Thats a lot rigs...❤
the bigger scale are those also matchbox..? are they considered under the super kings line already..?
Yes, the two bigger ones are SuperKings from the late 70s or early 80s. They are great old castings. 👍
Michelob is a beer company here in Canada not canadian owned

Love that red dog one Tyrone I've got a road champs one in mint condition you should check them out you might like road champs
What about the 1979 Freightliner flt from the collector series?
in Europe we prefer COE truck in the States not anymore
I’ve always known them simply as Cabovers. The COE thing is new to me but it seems I was late to the party! 🤷♂️😂
