- The Republican National Convention concludes Thursday, capped with a speech from former President Trump officially accepting his nomination as the party’s candidate for November’s election.
Trump reportedly made significant changes to his planned address soon after the attempt on his life Saturday. His son Eric Trump told CBS that the new speech is expected to replace some of the former president’s combative tone with a message of bringing the country together.
Republicans have generally maintained party unity throughout the convention, with longtime allies and onetime opponents rallying behind the uncontested leader of the GOP and his vice presidential running mate Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio).

As a hispanic living in the US the last 25 years, I think Trump is what this country needs. He did great things in his first term , sadly he focus on the media and his ego took the better of him.

One thing you cannot deny - Trump is a great speaker!!
He's a good speaker and I was enjoying listening to him speak until he started lying about how we are going to build an Iron Dome in America, which is not technologically possible. (The Iron Dome system in Israel only works because of the tiny land area and because the rockets are coming from short-range. ) For context, the U.S. is 500x larger than Israel. Trump has some good qualities, but it does bother me how he seems to value winning and putting on a show over truth.
I know Trump is a narcissist and we cannot believe everything he says. But what we can learn even from a narcissist is his communication skills!!!! And yes there is some manipulation there as well... I have been studying the Cluster B personality disorders and I can tell you we need to learn from them not to lose... No self doubt, confidence and courage make them great warriors. If you want to overcome the codependency and become a warrior after the narcissistic abuse you need to stalk (in Castaneda^s terms) a narcissist and learn his ways and patterns - his strengths and weaknesses.

He knows how to tell a story that reaches the people he wants. Especially the churchgoers. Look how touched they look when he mentioned god was protecting him. 😂
