As a Tony Schumacher fan, that instant success found by Alan Johnson joining him in this very race began that very dynasty you mention in the description that I could not be happier to have witnessed all the years it lasted. Thanks for yet another classic ESPN SpeedWorld NHRA race I remember fondly. The 2003 season was crazy with all the upsets, explosions/crashes, and record setting runs like John Force set in qualifying for this race at 4.721. Nothing but childhood memories for me!
