We're part of the 103 that chose Meyer Ranch! We love the neighborhood so far, though it's starting to outgrow some of the amenities already. The fitness center is pretty much full once there are 3 people in it, and they seem to have stopped adding walking trails and pocket parks in the back half of the neighborhood. Lots of friendly neighbors though.
@raadalawanrealtor Yeah, it seems like most people resort to still getting a home gym or a membership somewhere. There is a sign for the Heimer House park "coming soon," but I haven't been able to find anything online about it yet for features or timeline. Other than that there's just the pool at the Haus.
I find it hard to believe that Winding Creek is not on this list right next to Legend Pond and Park Place. Also Elley Crossing is no longer selling new build homes as far as I know.
@@javycane Copper Ridge too. It was #11. Slower market last couple years. Elley is mostly resale but a high resale because of price point, tax rate PLUS that Comal ISD extra exemption
Congratulations on hitting 4k we watch on our tv now I missed it.
@@gloriaserrano3806 thank you 🙏🏻

@@BusinessUnikitty 3 people! I’d be in there at 3 am 😂 I can see what you’re saying either way growth. A new pool is underway?

What happened with Mayfair?
What is Mayfair? I see the sign. Boy everything happened so fast 😊.
