Also, now bid on black market cargo containers and sell their goodies for some major profit... assuming you can smuggle it without getting caught by the cops. @@monkeytoes1155 there are preban full auto m16s you can buy without an SOT or a class III manufacturers license. As for suppressors there’s kiosks at gun stores to apply to get one and after you’re approved you can have one
@@monkeytoes1155ummm.. yes we can? I own many rifles just like that one. You can own almost anything as long as it is semi-auto. In special circumstances you can get a license to own full auto in some states.

@@TragicPlayer1 In america your not required to register firearms unless purchased through an authorized dealer. You can buy from individuals without registering your firearms completely legal. Just a f.y.i, and yes I own quite a few guns.

Considering all of my neighbors have ar15s they bought without a license, you can 100% own a semi auto rifle. There's rules on some guns, and soem states have stricter gun laws, but for the most part you can just buy a rifle at a gun shop.
it's dumb the game makes guns illegal.
The one thing missing from these games is being able to "view" the unit with the door open so you can make an educated guess on what to bid, it would be cool if they added some stuff you could see that would give you hints on what to bid
I wondered why a nurse would have a firetruck in storage, then I remembered I am both a firefighter and a nurse and secretly want to own a firetruck (if only it was practical)
I would like that, but think ambulance would be more practical. Might make an interesting camping vehicle. That said, there IS a firetruck near me for sale. XD It is like green.
3:28 reminds me of when a guy bought tons of old weapon storage containers and it turned out they still had full automatic m16's in them 😂
And as an American, you are allowed to own fully automatic weapons. You just have to pay for a rather expensive tax card in order to own it. There are also some very tight restrictions on what you can do with it and how you are allowed to transport it.
@@eduardopena5893Cannot see any legit reason for an anyone to own an automatic weapon for personal use. For protection is rubbish. If you need an automatic weapon to defend yourself cause you can’t with a glock, you shouldn’t own any guns.

If you are under attack by more than 7 people, then you need more than just a single fire hand gun with a 7 bullet magazine to defend not only yourself, but your entire family.

Drea I found a walk around. Carry the weapons cases on your numbers 1 and 2 then park a car near the weapons seller then you can just tavel to the dealer and sell them risk free.

What states? because that suppressor in there is a NFA item. Not to mention the strict background checks you have to fill out to get firearms in all states.
@@MasterNemesis2016 That was obviously a joke, suppressors are NFA items but just like firearms they're not difficult to obtain legally. The background check is thorough but only takes a couple weeks to a month at most, for NFA items I believe there is a 6 month waiting period and you will be added to a list. Still nothing crazy as long as you're a law abiding citizen. And that is why the US is the best country.
@@acm_1028 The background checks depend on states. My state it takes about 30 mins for the background check. But some states force sellers to take longer because it's somehow supposed to stop criminals from buying guns. Even though criminals wouldn't be going through a legit seller anyways.

Also I'd argue having to wait 6 months for a suppressor and being put on a list is crazy. If they were as good as movies/games made them seem then fair enough.
@@94ccf ya mine was supposed to be 30ish minutes but ended up taking 28 days. And the 6 month thing is for the license I believe. And yes the CIA will be aware and may come visit you.

Hey Drea, I have an idea to try to get around the Police seeing the illegal things in the pickup truck and fining you. You should get a box truck because, theoretically, they won't see the items. My thinking with that is you might not get fined or the items taken away. Give this a try in the next episode, you play this game and see what happens. I love the videos, Drea, and I have been watching your videos for about 5 years or so.
Maybe using a box truck to transport the gun cases from the container storages would be your best bet. Maybe if the cops can't see it they wont take it.
I had the weapons in my Box trucks and they still bust you.
@@RobbDoesEverything Yeah these cops have xray vision, don't you know. I feel like in the current state, the containers/black market are a complete waist of time and money. I feel like if you are going to get fined 5k per illegal item and lose the item, you should at least make 5k for the item.
@@dillonvance4150 You do make several thousand per container usually. I opened a container that literally had suitcases of money that you click use on and it puts cash into your pocket. I think it was like $4,500 and $5,000 with loose cash as well. I also found two stashes of drugs and guns in a container. Made like $25,000 profit and it wasn't hard to avoid the cops. Ill probably be uploading the video Monday or Tuesday next week.

@@crimsondragon2974 The first time I was busted by a cop that spontaneous appeared by the casino, I had like $33,000 worth of goods confiscated and $20,000 fine. The video will probably be uploaded Monday or Tuesday.
Because you , Drae. I got this game and enjoyed it a ton. Got the early days of the store going and I started hoarding all the items in the game I like lol. Glad to seeing you play this again!
Not sure of the exact year, but any weapon manufactured after a certain year in the late 1800s is regulated by the federal govt. So if you buy a storage locker and there is a modern firearm inside, you are required by federal law to inform law enforcement. I'm not sure if you can end up retaining the weapon after they check it out. But I know the weapon would have its serial number checked out and looked up to find out if it is stolen and/or fully legal. I believe it also would be test fired so the gun can be checked against the federal database in case it was used in a crime. But I'm not entirely certain about that part.

They could have implemented the cops and illegal items a little better. Maybe add more cops, and you can't see them on the map, but you only get stopped if you are breaking the law, either speeding, or driving across the middle line, etc. Or even depending how you pack the illegal items in your truck. Though I suppose that would be a bit of work to program that into the game. Like how visible is it, to a cop passing by...
And maybe have the black market buyers only be there like 1/2 of the time and it is random so that you have to keep going back, taking the risk of getting caught if you speed, to check if they are there. OR, maybe even make that a mini-game where you get informed that the buyers are there, but you only have so much time to get there. So you have to hurry up and pick up your illegal goods, and then drive to the spot, with the time limit tight enough that you can ALMOST make it without speeding, but not quite. so you have to constantly check for cops and try to speed just a bit whenever you see none.
Oh...and no spawning right on top of you. Maybe give you like 5 seconds after a cop spawns before it can see you.

I personally think it’s dumb when a dev just keeps adding a ton of new things but won’t fix the bugs/glitches that are already existing in a game

It depends on each state law if it is a legal AR style rifle. California only allows certain features on them to be compliant by the DOJ. Every firearm has to have ten rounds. There is even a ca approved handgun roster and only handguns on that list are allowed in California.

Drae, out of all the simulators you have played, which one has the best driving?
The developers need to change or adjust the guns being black market because as far as I understand you can sell storage locker guns you just have to make sure they're not stolen and on top of it not all guns are black market some are legitimately owned in the US, So there needs to be a more realistic way of checking the gun and whether you can sell it and then they're also needs to be a license for you to buy and a time limit to get that license before getting a fine immediately or gun confiscated.
Which reminds me did you check the menus to see if there are new license you can buy like other games have to buy guns.
Another thing that should happen is you should be able to get an option to have the police come to the storage unit check the weapon out and whether it's okay to sell and confiscate the drugs or the weapon or both if you do so choose to.
I mean it's obvious you can own a fire truck.
Last I hope they released this game for console.
Those may be military grade weapons automatic guns are illegal well not illegal but very hard to legal own in the USA but anything semi automatic is free game
I hope your experience with trailers is better than mine. But Wait till the trailers glitch out or disappear. I was so excited when I found a $17,000 boat while recording for my channel. Then I tried to attach to the box truck and it wouldnt attach the trailer. I went to get my truck and the boat wasstill there but now I could walk through the boat. I finally was able to get a few trailers back to my shop and even though they appear in the sell spots, they just have the ?? For the sale price and I can walk through the trailers. Reloading the save file helps, but not for long. So it has cost me like 60k in profit.

That gun absolutely isn't against the law to own. Looked like an AR 15 which, civilian models fire a 223 and are semi-auto.
Of course we can just go buy those, anywhere from 450 bucks up. Can also get a suppressor tax stamp for 200 bucks.

I’m just curious, if you have a vehicle that doesn’t have an open bed for transport, will the cops still notice? I feel like they shouldn’t be able to tell if you pass them in a moving van
Instead of adding new things, it would be nice to see them address some of the game breaking glitches the game still has since it first released. The car physics would be another area that needs to be addressed.

The stuff probably spawns when you interact with the door. It’s a thing devs do to cut down on lag.

You can bring your antiques to the black dealer to save your butt from being caught, take your stuff out of your truck and drop it on the ground when the cops drive-by they won’t notice it in your vehicle or are you holding it?

Now that you are selling black market items, yes they are necessary. Otherwise you can just remove the black market items from the game. It is included as a bit of risk-reward game play. If you don't care for it, then don't buy black market items.

When you get illegal stuff. Just drive off-road like 50-100 feet from the road, then you should be fine. I did that and I never have been caught....

The next time you get illegal drugs or guns try that trick you used with the sofa to carry it with you. That cop didn't seem to care that you were carrying the item so maybe it might be hidden as you drive?

Man as a gun owner seeing gun cases go for 0 dollars is stupid. Good guns cases are pretty pricey especially large padded hard cases. in th egame they should go for $100 at least!

Everytime he leaves the store he sets the sign to "Open" because he flips the sign and it reads "Open" from the outside of the store and everytime he comes back to the store he flips it back so that "Closed" is what is read from the outside... driving me nuts, he think his store is open when customers from the outside read the sign it says Closed lol

Yes, we can just buy them rifles. We have to fill out a paper and wait a day or two to get confirmation before we can actually purchase it but yes, we can just buy them and same for the silencer. Only paperwork is a little more extensive and you have to pay what they call a $200 tax stamp and the optics shit anybody could buy that. All of the paperwork you are doing is essentially a background check.
