Glory Story of Ali Haider
Ali Haider is a Singer-songwriter, musician & actor.
Born on September 23, 1968 In a Urdu Speaking family of Karachi located in Pakistan. He is the only son of his parents and has 3 sisters.
He had a number of popular songs in the 1990s, the most notable being Poorani Jeans which also appears on his 1993 album Sandesa.
Ali Haider is also a popular actor who has appeared on numerous television series, including Chand Sa Mukhra and Ek aur Ek Dhai.
Haider has also acted in the Lollywood film titled Chalo Ishq Larain which was released in 2002.
He has a large fan following in Pakistan and India and with South Asian expatriates around the world.
Before Fame He studied Civil Engineering at NED University.
Haider started his career when he was pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at NED University.
Ali Haider got married with Sabika in 2006. He has 3 children.

His last music album was released on the internet named Stop and Think..? in 2009 shortly after his decision to quit music.
Ali Haider donated all the proceeds from this Album to Charity.
Talking about his absence from the music scene, Haider said, "I lost music from my life after the loss of my son.” He was my second child after my daughter Alizeh.
“I felt a lack of motivation inside of me; it was not like I wasn’t trying to make music but it just didn’t feel right at that time. I was being approached to sing ‘halla gulla’ type songs but I just couldn’t. It felt as if I was lying to myself,” Ali Haider told The Express Tribune.
He has since then released a religious songs album in the praise of Allah (God). His first religious Album is Moula Dil Badal Dey, which consist of Hamds, Naats and different poetry on current situation of Muslim Ummah.
Ali Haider is also a Noha Khawan and has released his first Noha album in 2010, Shor Hai Mehshar Ka.
He also released a Manqabat album in 2010 called Tuluh E Fiqr.
He has also opened his own production with Gohar Jarchwi.
He is currently a Radio Jocky at Radio Dabang / Dabang FM 105.3 in Houston, Texas, US. He hosts a show called 'Purani Jeans' named after his popular song.
