To Lock/Unlock AC Remote press the Turbo + Blow button for one second. For older models press + & - together.

Sir pls y bataye k ac m jo beep sound aa raha h usko kese bandh kiya ja sakta hai.
Siren sound in DBTU INVERTER AC for the first 5 minutes in indoor unit when ac is on
And shutter sound for 10 second when ac is off
We have same AC but it is not cooling the room

But swing not rotating complete 180 degree. It's rotated only 120 angle degree

Please try changing batteries if that doesn't work then its a faulty remote, you have to contact Blue Star.
