I placed mine on the 27th and got it last week. It doesn't usually take long. But I placed 2 more orders around the beginning of the month and those haven't arrived yet. He did one of mine live and I hope it's one of the ones that are on the way because the one I got had 64 packs of party nails and no polishes😢
Max has said that scoops and other orders can take up to 14 business days to be filled due to the number of orders at this time. Orders usually are filled within a few days. And keep in mind he has no control once it hits USPS as to how long it takes to get to you and during Christmas shipping can take longer than normal.
You should switch the camera you should be viewed in the upper camera and the product should be in the big view. I hope this makes sense. Can not see the products they look to small.

I would just send them an email they responded to me and shipped out my order within 8-9 hours of the email. 😊
