Update: Emma's dad told Mindy's parents about the way her and Emma were treating Sarah. Emma and Mindy were both grounded and were also forced to clean Sarah's house for the next 6 months. Sarah got a raise in her pay and was able to cover her family's medical expenses.

I grew up in a 3rd world country, very rich. Had 35 servants. The servants loved living in our house. Good place to live than their muddy floor, hay type roof. We respected them.
We need more stories about assertive housekeepers who won't put up with the crap of girls like Emma!

Every job deserve respect no matter what how big or small the job is, I treat my maid as a part of the family, Emma is such a heartless person and she deserves everything that's coming to her, she can go to school by bus and I'm sure as hell she'll come back home from school by bus, so she'll learn her lesson

Moral of the story is when someone is working for you, you treat them with respect don’t be disrespectful and cruel around them especially when you’re rich don’t ever spoil your children biggest spoiling your children, can cause them to be rude, heartless, disrespectful Emma had to learn it the hard way and I’m glad the father is doing what’s right now Emma has to learn to know what it feels like and maybe she will learn to act mature and not be disrespectful to the maid Treat them like family never treat them like slaves

Those mean girls have no idea what it is like to be a female housekeeper as if they got hotel housekeeper jobs? They also have no idea what it is like to be poor even they should learn gratefulness having housekeeper jobs. I can’t believe that those two girls were so mean to Sarah and Emma’s dad finally caught her in the act after he overheard what she said to Sarah and he gave Sarah the vehicle instead of giving it to Emma and force her to ride a bus.
It's because Emna doesn't want a BMW, so he give it to Sarah instead.

Negative name calling towards the help(maid/butler) is not okay and it is not a joke. And I don't blame the parents for punishing both girls for their actions
In addition to punishing the girls, I would have them do Sarah's work until further notice and learn the meaning of hard work
