Great knowledge. It's good to know the health community and the patients or future patients do realize dying is not something you can out run. Let your family and doctor(s) know what you want way before you get your wings. It is so hard on others when you are at that point but can't communicate your wishes.
Depends on the situation - I prefer Home - so if that's what you want better start saving and stashing - it's extremely expensive to live at home --- That's very difficult to deliver
