The Axis of Resistance has not given up the war of attrition with Israel, but it has always been a long game. Iran joining BRICS and signing the partnership agreement with Russia is key. Maybe even the Houties will stand down. The real key is the US - without it collapsing or withdrawing, the whole project won't work. In other words, time is on the side of the Axis of Resistance.

The current situation of russian economic ironically resembles alcohol drinking. It's like a person who keeps drinking to avoid getting hangover, but hangover will only become worse the more they drink.
The reason we need to help Ukraine has nothing to do with us having a bleeding heart for Ukranians, it’s in our own national interest. Before the war, Russia was one of the worlds largest energy suppliers of oil and natural Gas. Ukraine is one of the largest suppliers of Wheat grain in the world, that’s why it’s known as the ‘Breadbasket of Europe’. If Russia invaded Ukraine without any opposition, it would likely embolden China to do the same to Taiwan. Taiwan is important because it creates the lions share of the worlds semiconductor market. Allowing Russia to control Ukraine, and China to control Taiwan, would give the Russia, China, Iran and North Korea alliance an iron grip on the worlds Food, Energy, and Microchip markets, basically enslaving the worlds economies to those countries. Helping Ukraine has not only stopped these plans in their tracks, but also severely weakened the ‘worlds second best army’ without having to put a single US boot on the ground, it also weakened Russias influence in Eastern European countries, as well as deepen Russia economic dependence on China in order to stay float. So, instead of Russia, China, and NK running the worlds food, energy, and technology markets, Russia is weakened, its economy is in tatters, and China is now burdened by having to support it’s own faltering economy, as well as Russia’s. 90% of all military aid given to Ukraine actually goes to US factories, no domestic money is withheld because its goes to ukraine.
Trump may not be the only person unhappy with netanyahu. There's been little criticism of Trumps scathing post which signals to me maybe Trumps backers are not too unhappy with this
The Russians indirectly helped Trump/the US with Alexander's explanation of the signed Russian/Iran support deal. Russia insisted in the deal that International law was observed and Iran agreed not to develop nuclear weapons. This removes an excuse to initiate war against Iran.
Just Because I Can By Kathleen Tonn The fires were on his mind as he hiked Horse Shoe Grit. The trail is so tranquil in the early morning light. Redwood Creek was visible to Laar as he bent down to pick up the Mountain Dew can, lying in the grass at the edge of the path. The can had a white piece of paper taped to it. It read, "There is no weed in this can you climate change denier." Laar laughed. As he tucked the can in his back pack, the soft, rustling of the Sequois' leaves mocked humanity's intrusion in their peaceful solitude. The juxtaposition of the L.A. fires against the serenity of the Redwood Forest played like a Shakespeaian tragedy. Now, California really has a homeless population politicians can't deny or make excuses for. Breathe deeply Laar told himself as he shook off the despair that suddenly over took him. He stood still as he filled his lungs with the smog free air. He imagined the five sentinel peaks standing guard over the pure air. Laar tried not to feel guilty about his surroundings while others suffered such loss from the wild fires. The only mitigation he could offer those was prayer. So he prayed. Redwood Creek offered up an amen to his prayers as a Chinook salmon jumped out of its waters on the way up stream. Laar walked to the out cropping of the young Sequois to take in the sight of Coyote Peak, the tallest mountain of the five. Glorious sunlight bathed its crevices. How I love California thought Laar. He raised his arms up to stretch at such a magnificent site. It was then he heard voices. He looked towards his right. There in an alcove beneath a stand of aged Sequios he saw a beige tent being lowered by a young man. He walked closer calling out, "Good Morning." The young man looked up from the pack he was placing his tent spikes in. "Do you need some help?" The twenty year old stood up just as a young woman, with a baby, came up from behind the now collapsed tent. "Morning, thanks for offering, but we got it covered," stated the agitated, somber camper. The young woman shyly smiled at Laar clutching her child. "Have you had breakfast yet," asked Laar. My truck is parked only a mile down the trail. I'm going to Shady's Cafe. Would you like to have some of Jack's pancakes?" The older man watched the two young parents. They spoke quietly. Then, both said, "Sure." I came closer to them in the hopes of carrying some of their belongings that sat beside the downed tent. "I have two arms if you want to load me up." The young man gave Laar two gym bags filled with clothes and diapers. He said, my name is Tom, and my girlfriend is Susan. Our baby is Marcus. What's your name? "Laars Henge, I live in Crescent City. Are you three from around here? asked the retiree. "No, we were burned out in L.A. when the apartment building we lived in burned down. One of the tenants gave us a ride here. We are trying to decide if we should move back home," confided Susan. "Do you have the money to get home?" Laar inquired. "No," replied the somber young man. "Our parents' don't know about Marcus," stated Tom. "We are thinking about hitch-hiking to Seattle." All remained silent as they made their way back to Laar's club cab. The retiree had an idea he wanted to present to the couple. However, before he disclosed his idea, he wanted them and himself to be filled with Jack's pancakes. In the diner, it was obvious Tom and Susan hadn't eaten for awhile. The young mother finished first, and then excused herself to nurse Marcus. Tom and Laar watched the thin, red haired mother walk to the ladies' room. Tom pulled out his cell phone to text his friend. "He wants me to check in daily while Susan and I make up our minds about going home." Laar reached for his wallet to pay for the meal. He pulled out his Mastercard and his driver's license. The waiter took his credit card as the two men sat at the table waiting for Susan. After Tom put down his phone, Laar pushed his drivers license across the table to Tom. "Would you Google my name. I want you to see something." Tom looked at Laar with surprise as his fingers typed the name on the California license. The photo was of the older man sitting across from him. The Google search brought up two pages of articles about Laar Henge, including a Wikipedia page. Tom looked up at Laar and then back at his phone. Laar remained quiet as his identity was being revealed to the misplaced father. Finally, Tom sat his phone down again. "You're a judge!" Laar said, "A retired judge with more time on my hands than what I know to do with." The waiter came back to the table with Larr's credit card, receipt and five peppermint. Both Tom and Larr thanked the waiter. Then Tom said, "Susan and I really appreciate breakfast. The fire destroyed all our stuff accept for what we have in our gym bags. Laar sympathetically nodded. The judge gave Tom a steady gaze as he opened his mouth to speak. "I have an idea I want to share with you. If you and Susan decide to return to Seattle, I will drive you. And once I meet your parents, I will set up a bank account in their name for you three. I would like to help you. I will put five thousand dollars in that account, so you have funds to start over. For your's and Susan's safety, I want your parents to know about the account and be responsible for making the withdrawals you three will need." Tom sat stunned. Tears escaped his sea green eyes at this stranger's generosity. The the young father spoke, "Why would you help us? "Just Because I can," said Laar.
