Is there any way to adjust (recalibrate) this fader to make the cut in time sharper, like the other models of innofaders? Or is this it unless we ad extra spacers to kill the dead spots?
Yo, thank you so much for the help with this. Got it handled last night. Almost lost that small spring in some thick carpet. What does that spring do? Works like a charm. Thanks brother.
i believes it grounds pout the signal .. if you dont it could result in the fader making terrible squealing noises as this has happened to me in the past ,..
Man can pioneer take notes??? I have to completely dissemble my entire ddj 1000 . Removing tons of ribbon cables and components to gain access to the faders. Truly disappointing seeing how easy it is on a competitors product.
i talked to a pioneer representative and he specifically said they design their product like that on purpose to discourage people from wanting to do self repair ..

@@CJScratch my soldering skills suck so I was a sweaty mess 😂 but it’s butter. Used synthetic gun lube.
Broke the needle the other day has anyone got any info on a replacement also how to get the old one off etc
What if I don't replace the soder and just put the clips back in place to tighten it.... What's the purpose of the soder?
