Hello, I agree with the notion that a preacher with issues should be sat down and disciplined to be restored no problem there. My issue with some of the content of the video is this political commentary (Walker/Warnock) along with the political garbage in the churches, it's not just Jamal. I go to a ultra conservative republican America loving megachurch in San Antonio. I get this political foolishness pretty much every Sunday. I started going here 15 years ago when I was younger in my faith now I'm a different person spiritually but still go here. Let me say this please pay attention. Any True believer will not endorse any political party, conservatism is just as wicked as liberalism . If you bring the scripture into this arena, sins will be rampant on both sides of the political spectrum, the bible is not just homosexuality and abortion, stop cherry picking sins if are you going to merge the bible into this space. By the way, the Republicans are just as responsible for the spirit behind the homosexuality and abortion in this nation as the liberals. They only oppose the tangible manifestation of these issues they help manifest along with the liberals. Most people will never see this because man made religion still dominates the spiritual landscape of this nation, and most are being mentally manipulated by man made religion and man made politics. Stop endorsing any man made partisan political party trying to support that party with the bible. This video Bro. Corey was very good! If people take a look at Empowerment Temple he had more women parishioners than men. So many preachers and pastors use their role to take advantage of people, which is ultimately turning people away from the church. Thank you for this insight!

I do not understand the WOMEN who listens, shops, and claps for what he is saying. I believe those WOMEN are looking for something lord someone they cannot have. I hate when preacher's change their voice. I can't stand the theatrics of church anymore🤦🏿♀️ I've been out for about 7wks. After going to the biggest fanciest church in town with their coffee bars, concession stands, smoke, lights, stages, convenient times and very little scripture but tons of personal stories of how the various speakers overcame their trials and what they learned. I just can't anymore. Then at our blk church's ppl are whooping and hollering and acting all silly. I just can't. I've given several churches a try and I know no church is perfect but right now I'm worn out with these places🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️

I am so glad to hear some of my own views stated. Whenever I start a conversation with folks about these types all you know what breaks out! They are blind being lead by the blind. I cannot find one black person who claims to be Christian here in my circle (this includes relatives) who agree with anything I say and it's in their faces and some are so called leaders in their various congregations. During the last election I spoke with a relative an , (An Evamgelist) about my stand on abortion and the 2 political parties stands. I told her I cannot vote pro-abo. She said, "We can work that out later" She became upset when I said "Tell God that" Thanks for making it less lonely out here!

Libertarians are split on the abortion issue, but even "pro-choice" Libertarians will not fund Planned Parenthood with our tax dollars, which is how most abortions occur. Because Libertarians believe it is wrong to force the taxpayers to pay for things they have a moral objection to.

WoW! The scripture that comes to mind is: 2 Timothy 3:1-9. It is very scary that people are still supporting him/his church. Arrogant and narcissistic he is… he had so much potential. Years ago, I interviewed Jamal Bryant for a book that was meant to share how God has moved in the lives of individuals. I wanted to interview him because I did not know anything about him and, since he was a preacher, he would have a wealth of stories about God making a way for him. At one point, I stopped the interview to remind him about the purpose of the book and that I really needed to hear from him how God showed up and moved mountains. There is no chapter about Jamal Bryant in the book.

Hello, I agree with the notion that a preacher with issues should be sat down and disciplined to be restored no problem there. My issue with some of the content of the video is this political commentary (Walker/Warnock) along with the political garbage in the churches, it's not just Jamal. I go to a ultra conservative republican America loving megachurch in San Antonio. I get this political foolishness pretty much every Sunday. I started going here 15 years ago when I was younger in my faith now I'm a different person spiritually but still go here.
Let me say this please pay attention. Any True believer will not endorse any political party, conservatism is just as wicked as liberalism . I hate when preacher's change their voice. I can't stand the theatrics of church anymore🤦🏿♀️ I've been out for about 7wks. After going to the biggest fanciest church in town with their coffee bars, concession stands, smoke, lights, stages, convenient times and very little scripture but tons of personal stories of how the various speakers overcame their trials and what they learned. I am so glad to hear some of my own views stated. Whenever I start a conversation with folks about these types all you know what breaks out! They are blind being lead by the blind. I cannot find one black person who claims to be Christian here in my circle (this includes relatives) who agree with anything I say and it's in their faces and some are so called leaders in their various congregations. Corey, I so love and appreciate all of your videos exposing the fraud of some of these big name preachers and pastors. The sad thing though is that there are so many church goers who are a part of fraudulent ministries on a local level. This is especially true in the DFW.

How many things have leaders and pastors all over the world done things that they weren't proud of period, I bet if we all look at ourselves we can think of a time that things were done in the dark and maybe it came to light maybe it didn't. But we thrive to be better.I find that the hole that people try to dig for one they eventually fall in themselves. I think it's best that if we weren't there that we not fall Into judgment. WoW! The scripture that comes to mind is: 2 Timothy 3:1-9. It is very scary that people are still supporting him/his church. Arrogant and narcissistic he is… he had so much potential. Fame, and money and sex always get them. That’s why pastors have to establish safeguards and accountability partners (other men, not women). There’s nothing humble about Mr. Bryant. I am praying that he gets back on track.
I am late to this topic Corey but this is sad yet good and my heart breaks for Tweet and her church hurt because it can be the worst hurt from your pastor, church members and affiliates! Years ago, I interviewed Jamal Bryant for a book that was meant to share how God has moved in the lives of individuals. I wanted to interview him because I did not know anything about him and, since he was a preacher, he would have a wealth of stories about God making a way for him. At one point, I stopped the interview to remind him about the purpose of the book and that I really needed to hear from him how God showed up and moved mountains. There is no chapter about Jamal Bryant in the book.
