We do not know at this point what was in the mind of the 17 year old killer. Many hundreds of thousands will have gone through the exact same conditions this killer experienced and with people who knew him saying he was an introvert does not explain many are introverts . Some theories have been put forward for many years now such as violent video games and the internet or just seeing the news , and there is such a thing as copy cat. All those factors would appear to only effect a small number to go out and commit such evil , perhaps some are more easily influenced. I for instance do not believe any politician hence do not vote for someone i do not believe in though 60% of the nation did vote i assume because they actually believe the rhetoric which is understandable when the people are given no REAL choice.
