I thought that PSNT could only be used only for those applicants that have special needs, such as paraplegic, etc. According to this video all applicants can have a PSNT. AM i correct?

A Pooled Special Needs Trust is for those who are disabled and need long term care. Being deemed “disabled” for the purpose of utilizing a special needs trust does not require such a severe diagnosis.
Most of my clients are elderly and need significant support with their activities of daily living - which allows them to meet the definition.
