What's the estd overlap percentage between CFA L1-L3 and FRM P2 ?
The overlap of CFA L1-L3 with FRM P1 is understandably appreciable (given P1 is more foundational in nature and focuses on essential building blocks for P2), but overlap with FRM P2 is relatively smaller. There are areas of FRM P2 that CFA also covers (Market Risk measures, Term Structure Models and valuation using binomial trees, Structural and Reduced form models for credit risk, CVA, Portfolio Construction, Portfolio Performance Evaluation, Covered Interest Rate parity etc.), but there are lots of areas that FRM P2 uniquely reserves for itself and goes deeper into.

which one is harder? FRM part 2 or CFA Level 2 ?
Which exam is harder depends on the dimension you consider: 1) Preparation for the exam, 2) Taking the exam, and 3) Passing the exam.
Also can I take P1 and P2 both in the same window ? Means can P2 be taken before P1 result ?? Thanks
You can appear from both parts in the same exam window, but your P2 attempt will not be evaluated if your P1 attempt is unsuccessful.
