Guillotine was exactly what I thought when I saw that lip in slo-mo just a millisecond before impact. Worse yet, he didn't even see it coming and have a chance to brace for it...
crazy that the board broke in 3 pieces but the lip hit your neck first and you’re alright. really amazing that nothing worse happened, great video!! pipe is serious serious stuff

Need to get an inversion table, or knee hang. About 1-2 minutes upside down on the inversion will help elongate your spine and take pressure off your spinal disks. I've used one that you hang comfortably by your knees (big soft padding) upside down. It really helped my back when I developed bulging disks (L1-L2 and L4-L5 in my lower back, and my bulged disc in my neck). As you get older the disks will get more compressed to the point where they make contact with your spinal nerves and it will cause a lot of pain (and surgery in many cases). But the inversion tables or knee hang setups can really help. After a hard day, just hang upside down for 1-2 minutes and it will pull the pressure of the disks and take away any pain you might have. Just a suggestion. It really helps me.
