DIY RADIANT HEATING FLOOR AND FLOOR INSULATION | Building a new garage in my backyard | Part 13

Placing radiant floor heating yourself and install floor insulation; 10 cm (4") thick XPS insulation plates with wire mats and underfloor heating hose on top, connected to an radiant floor heating manifold without a pump.
In preparation for pouring the concrete finishing floor, floor insulation has been applied to the concrete work floor (pouring the concrete work floor: • BETONVLOER STORTEN EN ... ).
The floor insulation is 10 cm (4") thick XPS plates; Styrodur. This was a used batch of plates from a flat roof.
Radiant floor heating wire mats or nets were placed on top of the floor insulation, after foam edge strip and foil had been applied to the walls.
Then the 16x2 PE-RT 5-layer radiant floor heating hose was laid. This on the basis of a laying plan with a c.c. distance of 10 cm (4") and per radiant floor heating group approximately a length of 70 meters of hose.
There is now a total of 542 meters of radiant floor heating hose in the new shed.

Nou respect hoor! wij willen ook zelf een vloerplan maken. 10cm hart tot hart kunnen we wel (het is ook hoofdverwarming bij ons). Maar zijn er nog meer tips/regels die ons helpen dit te maken?

Groepen ongeveer zelfde slang lengte. Niet te veel meter per groep.

@@LilPopeye Ik weet dat je veel zelf doet, maar wat kosten de materialen? en ben je van alles tevreden?

Totale materiaalkosten weet ik zo niet. Weet wel dat stenen, dakpannen en bouwmaterialen sindsdien in prijs zijn gestegen. Moest il de schuur nu gaan bouwen was ik dus meer kwijt. Maar zou weer hetzelfde bouwen. Dwz: stenen muren, betonstenen binnen en bakstenen buiten.

Gij mokt une stevige vloer...beton , isolatie weer beton.

Boven de isolatie is niet zo'n dikke laag beton. Dat is eerder opgewarmd.
