You can download as a PDF or as PNG file or JPEG depending on how you are going to print/cut it.

Great question! I've done a set and just cut them by hand or if you have a personal cutter like a Cricut or Silhouette you can watch a tutorial for how to upload them into that program and it would cut it for you. I think you need to download the file as a PNG

How to add text on props. Like how to add text on elements ?

on the left hand side there is a button to add text. Then you would just move it to place it on top of your elements.
