I agree with you, they should have all teams with all players actually... even if it took a little longer to launch the game... and if it could be played on PC without an emulator and online it would be even better.

Infelizmente não está disponível oficialmente no jogo. Mas você pode baixar a textura que disponibilizei na descrição do vídeo, e usar os personagens que eu editei a textura, isso vai causar a impressão de que os personagens são jogáveis.
