I'm moving to Seattle in February for work. Can anyone recommend nice neighborhoods close to VA Puget Sound (no more than 25 minute drive) that is a pro/comfortable for "us"?
Hi!! Bellevue is nice but not many black people. But pretty safe. North Beacon Hill is nice and 10 mins from downtown and Bellevue. Central District is the historic black neighborhood. Cap Hill isn’t the safest but it has great restaurants in the area. Fremont is eclectic and fun and Ballard is close to Fremont and has great restaurants close by. West Seattle is nice in some areas, now that the bridge is open it will help with the commute. I would stay clear of First Hill, some areas of Cap Hill, Belltown (if it’s near 3rd Ave), and Delridge. 😊
it's nice to have free entry days to a State Park like this one. We enjoy going on hiking adventures!
Excited you guys visited Issaquah! Ive passed this park a bunch, will definitly have to check it out!
