his bench press looks like he's using a smith machine, its that smooth.
And he lifted heavy on top of it.
He's build like a damn machine of course he can move as smoothly as one. Man loves working out more than anything. His mind control over himself is admirable. Even a quarter of his mindset and endurance would make anyone a beast. Not to mention how he can eat like a gorilla in off season and cut to shreds from the balloon size stomach. You can't put what he has in a pill, needle or shake.

Diesel not taking anything away from him as he was a top class body builder but he wasn't the only small guy competing in the Mr Olympia in the 90 take Shaun Ray who wasn't the tallest either probably inch taller and he was a lot bigger and a lot better

The only thing which let Lee Priest down was his height. He packed a phenomenal amount of quality mucle on to his short frame. About 6 inches extra in stature and no one would have beat him.
