hello sir , thanks for details video , just wanted to check regarding the Hindi language docs... Do we need to do affidavit or translated the document in English in visa application ...like the pension doc : PPO
No, according to the UK government, documents submitted for a UK visitor visa application from India do not need to be translated into English if they are originally in Hindi or another Indian language. However, there's a specific requirement: An official translation (in English or Welsh) prepared by a certified translator must accompany the original Hindi document (PPO in this case). find-a-professional-service-abroad.service.csd.fcdo.gov.uk/find?country=India&serviceType=translatorsInterpreters
Thank you for this video!! What if I invite 3 members of the family, should I make an invitation letter to each of them or is it possible to have their 3 names in one invitation letter? Thanks in advance
Since you inviting, then write one letter and mention all three applicant names. Mention full names and clearly mention that you have enough rooms where they can stay and you will financially support them in daily living cost as you inviting them, also mention how else stays and number of rooms they will stay. Just assume Visa Officer wants to know everything in detail.
Yes, submit covering letter for each family member. Just assume Visa Officer got no common sense. Lots of applications gets refused, cuz applicant think this is common sense thingi that father child travelling together so father will cover financial expenses, but visa officer will refuse it as no financial evidences provided for the child. Hope this guidance helps...
, need help we are planning to come uk with depend on a visa, and my mother visiting visa, two children were born below 10 years old, and a total of 5 members, as per the UK's role how many beds does the house need to rent?
There is no specific age at which children must have their own bedroom when staying with parents on a visitor visa. However, there are some general guidelines that can be followed. For children under the age of 8, it is generally considered acceptable for them to sleep in the same room as their parents. This is because young children often need more reassurance and comfort from their parents, and sleeping in the same room can help them feel more secure. For children aged 8 and over, it is generally considered preferable for them to have their own bedroom. This is because older children are starting to develop their own sense of independence, and having their own space can help them to feel more autonomous.
I am a trader of confectionery products and sweets and handicrafts from Delhi. I want to do trading activity in UK during Christmas shopping events. On visit visa tourist visa one can not do trading activity, what strategy you can guide me ?
Find a company who arrange short term festivals, they will provide you seasonal work visa. They all holds the licence to sponsor seasonal workers. For Example: Royal Highland Show : It 3 days but 1000s of people bring stuff for that purpose and work. www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers this is the list of all companies who can sponsor you, filter it using seasonal category. If you really got a well settled business in India and your balance sheet is strong. Then you can apply for UK Expansion Worker Visa, in which you will come UK on that Visa, open office in UK, setup full business and apply for Sponsor Licence and switch to Skilled worker visa on the business of that business. Watch this and you will know everything: ruclips.net/video/Tz4L65BD4Ro/видео.html
Yes, if you have valid USA visa, it really counts. Infect, when you will be submitting the application it will ask you do you have USA, CANADA or EU visa. But you still have to fulfil all the Home Office requirements along with the documents.
if i need to scan all documents one by one in different file or in one file i can add all documents. ? i have travel history and long valid schengen visa. i need to scan and add those visa copy and also stamp in my passport ? photographs of my activities proof i need to scan or direct add digital copy ?
At the End of the Application it will ask you to upload documents related to Sponsor Finance Education Finance Accommodation Others etc So, create a folder and scan all documents and keep them in that folder, it will be easy to upload. Rename all files correctly. If you have 5 jpeg of 1 bank statement then put them in word and convert it to pdf and create one file of that bank statement. Yes, write your last 10 year travel history on excel and paste it accordingly in the application, also mention your travel history in the cover letter. Since, you got Schengen Visa, its plus point for you and your case is very strong. Yes, create pdf file of passport stamp to proof that you travel in and out as per Visa. Activities etc if they all related to one then I recommend create pdf file not more then 5 MB. It will help visa officer to go through each jpeg image. Best of Luck...

Hello sir. Thank you very much for such detailed video. Sir could you please guide me with bank statement.sir my father is employed and has a pay about 50,000 per month.. Does he have to maintain a certain amount in his account .planning to apply for visa in june.my husband is sponsoring them does my husband has to maintain an amount of money for 6 months before spinsoring or just salary statement would be enough.it would be great if you can guide me through this.
You're right, there's no set minimum balance required for your father's bank statement when applying for a UK visit visa. However, the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) want to see evidence of sufficient funds to support his visit throughout his stay. The Golden Rule is you must have double the amount you will spend over the trip. Provide detail expense calculations if funds are low in the account. Best of Luck

Sorry Hina if I missed to reply you. Gov.UK guidelines don't say anything about this, but there is always a question of Authenticity. And do you want to take that risk and hassle for such a small thing ? Since you have commented on Visitor Visa from India video so am assuming you applying from India. If you tell me which state you live in then I can guide you where and how to get the documents sorted. I know few lawyers in India who can do attestation for you.
