Great video. Nice job describing the complexity and beauty of the AVP. I think Apple actually nailed the descriptor “Spatial Computing”. It is impossible to describe the experience of using it without saying it. Sometimes listening to tech reviewers discuss the AVP I hear echoes of the horse and buggy defenders. They can’t comprehend a future beyond the laptop. Try to ignore the haters. They are lying for one thing. They understand perfectly what a better user experience is worth. Go back to Quest 3 reviews and read the gushing comments about the comparison between the 3 and the Quest 2. They said the same things were game changers in the Quest 3- better pass through, less lag, higher resolution…on and on. Now, when the AVP has a clearly superior UI and OS, that’s no big deal.
Thanks so much for watching! Glad someone has enjoyed the video! And you hit the nail on the head. Spatial computing is IT. Like I said at the end it’s about bring your digital and real spaces closer together. The tech inside the thing provides the experience that makes that concept desirable.
@@AndrewTaylorYT you remember how so many people were angry at Apple for not bringing Mac to the iPad, like through Parallels? This is why! Doing that would have diminished the AVP which they were working on for ten years. The iPad is still a great illustration and drawing tool which the AVP could cannibalize. I bet Apple already has support for AVP to use the Pencil. At that point the iPad is just a kids learning tool and lost all its professional advantages.
