I decided at the age of 17 to never have kids because I never wanted to treat another human being the way she treated me. I'm 60 now and even though having no kids hurts, I still know I made the right decision.
My heart goes out to you. I do understand where your coming from. It hard breaking through that trauma. Any trauma for that matter. And the fact that you chose to not have kids out of fear of passing on that trauma, I wish other people would share the same mentality. If you havent heal, you stand the chance of creating more broken individuals in society. I hope you heal one day ❤
