This is likely due to the auto-stay feature. When this feature is enabled, after arming away (in certain circumstances) the panel needs to see an entry/exit door open and close during the exit delay. Otherwise, it thinks you made an error and actually intended to arm Home, and switches to that mode. This feature can be disabled through panel programming.
Hi, The nominal transmitting range is around 150 feet. This can change depending on environment and mounting location of the Panel when trying to arm/disarm the system using the key fob from different locations.
every time i try arm away on the panel , it arms home?
