it is true. he is a nice guy. i'm a nobody an average joe from montreal. he always said hi and often smiled to me and his neigbors. he was a kind neighbor. he had no idea i was like the ignored unappreciated guy at my workplace when he would nod and say hey whats up regurlarly. seems simple but like it made my day. lol i didnt follow hockey and didn't know who he was until i saw him on tv. No one believed me, that i was talking to him about parking tickets and i discovered that literally he got married 48 hours later:in vegas....' ::... i was just talking to that guy..." and my peers were like yeah yeah sure No one beilieved me lol but that was alright. . he didnt have to give me the time of day with his tux over his shoulder! i just didn't realize at the time until onlly after lol. . that's the dude he is, God bless him.
How nice to see an authentic and feeling man owning his space and with a healthy perspective - despite the strong influences surrounding him. Just saying. I've written papers on Patriarchy using sports professionals as examples of what happens to them, especially "on the way out". I applaud Sheldon here.. and if he wasn't married, teehee (don't mind me, I'm an INFJ - he looks a bit like one too, so I am a little biased with his authenticity and courage to be vulnerable - true courage).
Haven't followed hockey much since the early 90's so I wasn't familiar with Sheldon. Saw him on the Golfholics channel and was curious about his career. Fascinating person and great interview.
Both of these guys could use an English lesson from Shane Doan. These 2 are making Dan Boyle sound like a San Jose saint. The new F word is Fedorov, Keep unlearning bad habits or Team Krivokrasov is going to have to teach you good Russian slang! Hikes! Don't get skwaybee again!
Sheldon is an amazing guy, he was my idol in Montreal with the habs#44 , thanks for the years in the NHL !
