Response to 13:40 anything in print have to be at least 300 dpi. If not, it will look distorted. It may look good on the screen until you zoom out to 200 (for example) and you will see your image blurry. To avoid all of this, use illustrator which is a vector graphic editor. If you use a vector graphic, size does not matter when printing. I hope this helps. I love what you do. You are one of the few entrepreneurs on YT? that have great designs thats not cheesy 😜😏If you need graphic designs, reach out to me. I have no problem showing you my portfolio. Blessings...
Packlane usually declines if a component within the design is too small like text or icons or images etc. So the image itself maybe 10x8 but something within that image may be too small
Excellent video. Make the bleed bigger and it should go bigger. I worked for a printing company so it's alot of shifting. So making things exact size it could possibly cut things off so image can be the so u want but make the size bigger or if your background is black extend that bigger

It's not about the size it's the DPI (dots per inch) if you're designing in Canva you can't control your DPI if you bring the photo into photoshop or some other editor you should be able to adjust the DPI to at least 300 and the file type should be a PNG so it can scale without pixelating.

Maybe they mean the file size is too small. It probably depends on the vector or rasterizer of the image depending on the program you use like illustrator photoshop or in your case canva .
I wish I had found this video years ago, I would have told you that it wasn't your sizing, it was the resolution of the design. It has to be 300DPI for printing.

They are talking about the pixels your logo needs developed by a logo designer the logo has to be 1080x or higher not the size of the product. That’s what they are talking about. You needed to understand the difference between print for digital and web. Hope this helped
Hi Eboni that happened to me when I tried to get my head wraps done they said my design was too small. It ended up being when I sent the pic in the email it was being compressed and not the original size in the attachment. After about 2 hrs going back and forth it was solved. 😏

You can resize the shipping label before you print it so it’ll fit smaller mailers. Unless you have a label printer, I’m not sure how in that case.

I’ve done both methods. I prefer to put the box inside of a polymailer so that it doesn’t bring attention to the boxes.
