it's not a fan voting...this is voted by other idols. considering that JYJ has been practically nonexistent on korea's broadcast tv for the last three years, it's actually miraculous he was even on the minds of these idols. half of these idols haven't even debuted yet when jaejoong reemerged as JYJ.
It's okay even if he ranked 7th considering their situation this is awesome instead of being envious of others we should support him for him and not for these titles his image is also determined by his lover's attitude too Kim Jaejoong fighting.
If JJ got to be on music programs and variety in korea, then more idols would have voted for him. Jo Kwon gets more exposure. I read recently a statement Jae made saying his wish was to be able to interact with idols because he feels like he isn't able to cross the barrier. He can listen to their music but its harder for them to listen to his unless they are actively looking for it. some people will see him by chance somewhere and be like "I haven't seen you or heard about you in forever"
It amazes me that the young idols did not vote for him to be number 1. The achievements that Jae, Yoochun, and Junsu have earned and the many talents in music and film that they have are things that I would think all idols/artists would want to achieve....even if it is only half of what JYJ has achieved and idol should be happy haha. He's ranked lower perhaps because Jae and the guys aren't able to promote their music in South Korea as freely as others. I think soon they will be though :)
According to Allkpop.com "2AM’s Jo Kwon crowned as “president of idols” by peers." After looking at the reasons given for him winning the title it was just a popularity contest and not based on what the idols had achieved or what their fans thought of them or who had the most fans.
Jaejoong should be the 1st!!! I don't follow this ranking thingy because obviously these so-called idols only rank the nominations according to their liking and the reasons are so not the reason that it should be!

재중은 음악방송에 3년이나 출연을 안했고 드라마를 제외한 방송 활동이 전혀 없었으니...
