- Today's guest is the delightful and hilarious Steph Toussat aka #TrendyBendy aka Stoussy aka Steven?!
I met Steph whilst Uber driving three years ago. She was my passenger. Since then she has been in more than 30 episodes of Funny Uber Rides which have helped tens of millions of people around the world laugh. Stoussy is a crowd favourite!
Steph has become a close friend and I adore her because what you see is what you get. She has a heart the size of Uranus, she'll keep you in hysterics and she genuinely cares.

This is the first episode of the podcast I've seen, and I like funny uber rides, but I think I like this more. Sometimes the drunk people and editing in funny uber rides can be a bit too chaotic, and that just is what it is; it's the nature of the beast. But, I think I prefer this more laid back format.

fun fact: "stoussy" sounds quite similiar to the german word "stuss"

Totally agree with the star rating for customers. Their rating can go as low as possible and they will always be able to get a ride and they can be some real assholes. They should treat the customer rating like the driver rating. After 4.6 your account is deactivated.
But uber currently has me deactivated for background review for non moving violations from years ago. I have a 4.94 rating 7166 rides and 3 years of driving but 4 years on uber (took 1 year off for covid). Absolutely no reason they should have me deactivated for my background but I've missed over 3,000$ worth of work and it's quite difficult.
I've had customers pop up that are 3.xx rating but I cancel on them cuz I'm not going to deal with that shit
