Nanna's voice sounds like a singer from the 50s-70s. Well not a specific singer, but the way she pronounces and sings reminds me of a style from that time.

It's an Omnichord. It's an electrical instrument. I don't think Suzuki makes them anymore but you can find other brands online. They're from the early 80s when synth instruments were popular. She and the guy to our left both have one. I think his is actually an original from the 80s.
