Many people here are confused about the spatulas. The last augment he gets allows him to break each item into their components once the champion who posseses the item is sold. In the case of emblems, they break into spat + component (bow for challenger for example). That's why he keeps getting spats when selling the Yuumi or the Warwick. It is not a bug, just an augment.
