Sending lots of positivity from UK. Sorry and hope your husbands recovery is swift. Lithium is my saviour. Exercise also but I'm getting older and it's harder. I walk my 2 dogs loads . Your brill BTW
Thank you, I really appreciate this video. I am currently in college, which feels like a mountain, but I am doing my best to keep pushing forward. Finding the joy in little things keeps me going on this journey, and your video reminded me of that. Again thank you, and best wishes to you and your family.
You’re so welcome. College is definitely a mountain! Needing help is normal. You might like this video if you haven’t found it yet: ruclips.net/video/IF7VipV_eyc/видео.htmlsi=iJPNfsoyg07-GXEw
Hi Jess, another great video, thank you! 😊 I'm curious besides your channel how to you advocate for bipolar? I would like to try and do something too. Take care and have a great day!
Great question! We definitely need more bipolar advocates. ❤️ I do some speaking about my life with bipolar on my own at mental health events as well as at work conferences in the publishing industry, since I’m a managing editor for scientific journals. I’m also a speaker for NAMI for their In Our Own Voice program, mostly at local high schools. There’s more about that in this video: My Bipolar Success Story | NAMI Outreach Changed My Life | Our Bipolar ruclips.net/video/xZrakP34dKo/видео.html And then I do bipolar advocacy on Instagram and Facebook also under Our Bipolar.
@ourbipolar that is so great! I just started to look into NAMI in my area (I'm in Wisconsin) trying to find a support group near me. I'll check out your video you have linked too. I think that it is great that you do all that. It has gotten somewhat better for bipolar awareness over the past years but it still has a long way to go. Thank you 😊
@angiehayes6738 I actually know someone who works for NAMI in Wisconsin. Lee Formella: @benefitsofbipolar on YT. Maybe he works at your local chapter. If not, a great advocate to follow.
Those are probably 5 of the best things that any bipolar person could aspire to maintain during their lives , I find that really inspirational
Wow I’m so glad you agree!

I’m not getting as much exercise as I’d like right now. Yep lithium saved my life.
I am really impressed by your honesty and positive attitude to life❤
I love that. ❤️ Thank you so much!
