kagura is just so versatile, she's got the utility you would ever want for a mage.
she got the damage , cc , anti cc dash for escapes , she got it all 😂
And hell of damage too

I always thought she was kinda weak, since whenever she threw her umbrella which I (exp player who always uses characters that has dash) keep dodging it easily, since her umbrella is slow as hell, unless it's an ambush or a 5v5, that umbrella will hit me. (And yes I'm mythic honor, 31 stars to be exact)
@@sakuyakizume true since I also play exp , mages shine in clashes and ambushes in the first place , if it's a 1v1 scenario they get ass kicked by assassins and fighters in general , this is pretty much true in almost all mages , kagura tho is
much more slippery with her anti cc and with flicker/flameshot she will be much more annoying to kill. i mostly go with flameshot since I can use it offensively or defensively but sometimes if the enemy has long dashes to catch up to her I use flicker. execute is useful for early game kills but that's it. kagura's true strength relies on her mobility and versatility, you can go for a bush assassin playstyle or go for a damage support role with her aoe cc , unlike other mages she is not entirely useless without ultimate because you can even distract enemies with her skill 1 skill 2 combo with an added bonus to juke enemies out, other than that just poke them with skill 1 since it has slow effect. kagura is not top tier hero I give you that .. but if you're against a well experienced kagura main , you must not underestimate them.

I Play kagura far very long time. I think its depend on situations of the game like hero and hero build.

If you can kill one enemy with only 4 skills after you have items (for me I got Starlium and Concentrated Energy), your mastery is literally better than normal players. That's the proof she's a finisher type mage. Plus if you can chain kill another one with your remaining skills available or finished charging, your mastery level is high enough

It only works to surprise the enemy. The problem is all of ur skill and spell are on cd if the enemy didn't die with this u have no chance of survival.
Also the damage output is low and u generally use 1st skill to check bushes and poke enemies till u get the right moment. So for new players don't try to repeat this unless u are way ahead of the enemy and the enemy doesn't have cc/tank/Athena/rose gold/flicker/winter trancher.
Also you only use one damage instance of the ultimate, the first one is to waste so you surprise everyone with the second instance. Kinda useless, but it looks good on videos vs AI
you just need a good tank like tigreal or atlas
@@WinterCapsule that's the problem. In solo you hardly get any good tank who can coordinate according to you. Your tank might even don't know what combo you are going to do. So basically you have to wait till the tank makes a set. In high elo it's very hard to do in solo que
@@WinterCapsule i actually use this combo like 2-3 years back and even now it is good. But I don't spam it. I only do this when I am sure no one can kill me even if I fail.

There should be a button to allow Kagura recall her umbrella. It would make things so much more comfortable

You dont need flicker on the fist combo. Just use your 2nd forward and 1st backwards then ult and move forward a little bit
this is combo for a surprise attack but not giving a maximum damage

You can use the first combo as a surprise gank against half health enemies when you rotate, or when you ambush your lane opponent after he takes some damage. The second combo is for those low health enemies who try to flee. Otherwise, she needs to hit all her spells as her damage isn't that high, unles you are very fed. This is a full build lvl 15 Kagura vs lvl 1 zero item practice Layla. She won't burst anyone from 100-0 in real game with just a single 1st skill, and just the pull part of her Ult as shown in the second combo.
Use this only, when enemy is out of kagura skill range and they are low hp.

doing this combo will just reduce your damage,,,it looks fancy but the thing is you waste some damage,,specially when you hit tanky heroes
This is what a Chou main disguising as a Kagura main would look like.
This is something you won't use for practical reasons in game because there're better combos that could one shot or sure kill an enemy. You can only use this if you're feeling goofy.

I never really needed much time to learn Kagura. I don't even have many matches on her, but I still get around 13-15 kills per game. I really like to play her, and she probably will be my main aside Hayabusa. Talk about power couple mains😂

Pros and cons of this combo:
+ Enemy will be surprised
+ Can instantly cast pull cc towards enemy
- lower the total damage
- only works against squishy enemy with no mdef item
Agree + every skills and flick now in cd
but even with basic combo, the cc chain is already fast enough to catch enemy.
And here i am start playing with all heroes since im new...played kagura..just throwing umbrella no damage and just press the ult on its own 😂
That much damage will only work on huge gap of level
The first combo is good but kinda risky on clash since the enemies will predict your movements
this only works late game....early game ur ult wont do this much damage

Useless combinations unless you have over farm then it's probably works well classic 1 3 1 2 3 is enough and instead of flicker use kara or flameshot it would be more usefull than showing off with no damage , just imagine afins shield and u just using damage from 3 skills it's not enough for sure

K only do this late game once ur built and you know you can kill with this early and mid game you won’t have the damage to kill also if opponent buys atenas then you might have to wait til they are half hp

this game looks so balanced, starter champions are also very good. Only thing they don't have are crazy aoes, any stuns, and enough speed to actually move or cast few spells before they get desintegrated,
Oh ye, and Emblem give just a small bonus, and everyone have at least some level of emblems, so should be fine. My ass, Emblems at lvl 59 are almost 2 times weaker than on level 60, so you need to play the game 3 month with 2 items handicap, witch is visible from start, or pay for emblems. Of course why don't you pay? But free my ass, an yes, my ass is free.

dont do the first combo if u know u cant burst their dmg dealer cause you wont have a way out

I still don't understand the point of using kagura. Lack of utility, wave clear, cc, and dps. The burst also not that good unless you're ahead.
