so what would happen if I pressurize my extinguisher using nitrogen and I decided to fill it with store bought baking soda instead of the fire chemical baking soda ? thoughts please thank you

baking soda will attract moisture and cake up
Could react with ammonium phosphate, producing moisture! Not a good idea!
Also, soda doesn't stick properly to solids such as paper.
+John D Maybe he’s in the US, in the US we have sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) fire extinguishers to protect industrial class B hazards where it’s important ABC dry chemical doesn’t stick on things and corrode stuff.
The sodium bicarbonate used is specially treated though, so I would not recommend food baking soda.

What if i refill w nitro?
SMH. I've been filling FEs for decades and after watching the collar o-ring being contaminated with the dry chem still on the pick-up tube...then watching the plunger stem being pushed down by the press handle contaminating the o-rings inside the valve, I had to hit the pause, stop watching all together, wonder how many other FEs have risks of leaking and watch a different video.

As soon as you pressed down on the lever when you inserted the valve into the cylinder, dry chemical got all over your valve stem. You'll be back to fix that leaker...... that was a painful video to watch
