When you go into labor, let go of everything below the neck. No tensing if possible. I did Lamaze with with my three successfully. It's the core lesson, your body is doing the job, just breathe and let go. Your vaginally muscles are so used to tension, holding pee, etc. But just let go. Surrender is a big part of becoming a mother, your whole life will change. Plans will change, suddenly baby isn't feeling well at 11 pm, their 10 months old. You know sleep will be lost....just surrender, let go easily, quickly. You and your precious little one are in it together and your the mama and dada. You are their everything, let go of the sleep...just love them. Somehow with this attitude, it all flows easily in life.
I completely agree....I wish I would have done that when my baby girl was here and although I was so in love with her I also hated the lack of everything else and didn't really enjoy it fully! That's why I wish I had the courage to have another baby just to let go and enjoy....now I miss it so much! I am so weird!

Pregnancy pillow is so soothing and necessary. I continued using my pregnancy pillows even after my babies were born! My husband eventually had to convince me it was time to get rid of it lol. But because I had gotten so used to it I still continued sleeping with a (smaller) pillow between my knees.

According to my own experience a huge role definitely plays genetic. I was using simple cream for my face and also for the rest of my body. No stretch marks, nothing left ;) Gained 8 kg through the whole pregnancy and no cravings at all 😉 Stella (3500g) was born 40+1 and I was leaving hospital with my previous weight 😉

i WAS PREGnant and i use Pregnancy+, very useful app. now i use it for monitorize my baby's meals. it is very helpful especially when you are tired and you forget when the baby eat last time!! Kises!
