This was obviously scripted/planned because he was a stereotypical loner but it was very funny. The only thing I didn't like was that they put him to like anime because anime isn't just for loners they just stereo type anime to weirdos and loners. But it was really funny

He seems genuine, funny and really fits the loner style. He knows what he wants and isn't shy about it. Also a bit clueless when the women flirt with him which shows his inexperience. He doesn't really mince words so a lot of people might be offended by his straightforwardness. I think it's charming and probably a breath of fresh air for these women who are used to being showered with compliments.
Everyone making comments about how he is rude compared to other contestants and it seems scripted. I'm sure there is lot which is scripted for entertainment like the backpack. However given the culture around politeness being essential in Korea it's unlikely for someone especially online to force themselves to be 'rude' given the expected backlash. And given how honest he is with what he likes and his opinions you lot obviously prefer the subtle guys who are good-looking, talk well but also most likely to cheat.
