Turning a Boring Raincoat Into a Bright Outfit!

Sue is very upset because her raincoat looks so boring! And she really does not like this and believes that clothes should be unusual and extraordinary! Like Harley Quinn's clothes from the “Birds of Prey“ movie!
So, guys, as you've already understood, today we will make a very unusual outfit. And we're gonna use a lot of hot glue! So be careful. First, we'll adjust the raincoat a bit. Let's cut off its hood and shorten the length. Perfect! And then the fun begins! We'll be using a cheerleader’s pom pom to glue it onto the raincoat. Well, to make the new outfit as bright as Harley's, take pom poms of different colors. The more colors, the cooler! All we need to do is to glue layers one by one from the bottom to the very top! It's so easy.
