Doing repeated shooting drills converts the muscles to slow twitch. It's stupid. Do one or two shots at all angles, and practice footwork movements leading into the shot , because that's what happens in a game. if you want high heart rate before a shot , do foot work and cradling, not endless shooting.

I disagree, when you’re taking 20 to 30 shots in a row what you’re doing is creating muscle memory while at the same time getting a workout in
repeatedly shooting isn't bad unless you start to have form breakdown then you should call it and rest
