Gua sha is definitely the fastest way you can get a jawline and lean face look. Its not just massaging but it reduces your facial fat and does lymphatic drainage. I got my jawline by doing just gua sha and facial yoga. But I don't think you will get hollow skin look but some squared face men and women could do it.

How to determine if I have high set cheekbones? I too have everything u mentioned but I'm not sure if my cheekbones are high set
