Thank you so much! We love the suction cups! They are incredibly versatile and we also use them on the outside to hold up string lights and even a projector screen! There are a few pics on our Instagram page: @streamindreams. Thanks again for watching!
Thank you very much for inviting us into your Airstream home. Appreciate the detailed walkthrough. Lots of great ideas and food for thought. Also enjoyed many of your other videos. Look forward to more videos!
Wow! Thank you so much Mike for such a detailed and thoughtful comment. We sincerely appreciate that you have taken your time to watch this and some of our other videos! We hope to bring much more content each week. Anything in particular that you would like to see or know more about?
Great video and beautiful rig! Thanks for taking the time to go through every bit of space. So much stuff yet fully organized. We are shopping for an Airstream and this gave a lot of useful storage tips.
Thank you! We appreciate you watching the video and commenting. ☺️ Shopping for Airstream or any RV is such an exciting time! Let us know if you have any questions, we would be glad to help.
I have a globetrotter 27 too. To share something with you, you can put a narrow full size mirror on the back of your left wardrobe door. There are many websites that make custom mirrors.
Thanking you so much for being so generous with your time I’m retired I am by myself thinking of buying an airstream and a diesel pick up probably 4/4 2/4ton Dodge you my friend have showed me and your family how you pack for not just a family but pack right and sanitary and clean just what I’m looking for I’ll be happy to give you a thumbs up and subscribe to your channel and wish your family health happiness and good luck in your travels🐶😎 sincerely Don and Rosie
Thank you So much for the kind words, we are happy you enjoyed the video! Our advice would be to a top thinking and take the plunge. We have loved having our silver beauty and our only regret is that we can’t spend even more time with her. Thank you for watching and hopefully we will see you down the road!
Amazing tour! Thanks so much for sharing. We have a Flying Cloud with a similar floorplan, and you’ve giving me some good tips on where to store certain things. I also love marie kondo, and I’ll be changing a few things around in my space thanks to your ideas. Love, love, love your shelves in the closet!
Thanks for the tour. Very informative. Three questions. 1. How or why did you decide to go with the Airstream trailer instead of a Class A or C type RV? 2. Do you weigh the trailer after you load it up for safety purposes? 3. What vehicle are you using to tow it?
What do you use to clean the globetrotter floor and seat cushions? The floor is woven and absorbs liquid. The cushion has tiny little sunken dents usually the stains are in those dents and hard to really clean, we tried brushes, but they don't work that well probably not fine enough.
Hello! I'm late to the party here...hope you guys are still active. Excellent video, and I believe that I have the same model that you two have...27' Globetrotter with QFB. Your content is inspiring and give me a lot of ideas. However, I did have one particular question. Those two sink covers, made of the same material as the countertop, they came with the Airstream. The function is to expand your counter top and cover the sink. But they are not designed to be in place over the sink when towing, as I quickly learned. Later, I discovered there is a very specific place to store those items, and that is in the upper left storage locker over the range. You will see a small carpeted section, with two screws covered in rubber. So the two sink cover parts fit very snugly in there, by design, to store when towing. How do you manage with those two sink covers? I noticed that in your video you have that locker dedicated for storage items...so what do you do with those two heavy Corian sink covers? Thank you for your reply...you are the experts, and I am a just a newbie....
First off, Thank You so much for checking out the channel and we hope you enjoy the content! Second, we definitely aren’t experts by any means and we are constantly screwing up, learning and adjusting on the fly (guess it kinda comes with the territory). The sink covers have been an evolving process. We quickly realized that we only used one and decided to leave the other at home. We had stored them in the “Airstream recommended” spot in the overhead cabinet originally but then either by accident or laziness (can’t remember which) we just left them in the sink during travel and that just became the new location. When we are at a site we relocate/repurpose it as a stove backsplash to help keep the aluminum clean. Hope this helps and if you have any suggestions please feel free to share! Thanks again!
@@streamindreams thank you for your response! I'm assuming that when you, "left them in the sink", you meant you left them inside the sink, laying on the bottom of the sink, as opposed being in place, functioning as a sink cover. Simple solution! Love it.
Thank you so much Gee!! We picked up the air freshener at Bath and Bodyworks. They have great themed fresheners for the different holidays and seasons. Plus most of them rotate to fit horizontal outlets! Highly recommend!!
What length/model is you Airstream? It looks like a 2021 27FB Globetrotter. If so, what do you use as your tow vehicle? We are thinking about buying a 2021 27FB Globetrotter. Thank you in advance! Great video!
Hey Tucker, thanks for viewing and very good guess! We actually have a 2020 27 FB Globetrotter. Originally we had a 2017 F150 but quickly upgraded to an F250. Night and day difference.
@@streamindreams Thank you for the response. Just curious, what engine type did you have in the F150? Was it the the lack of power from the engine or was it sag in the back from the weight of the Airstream? Again, great video and thank you for responding.
@@tuckermcneese239 we had the ecoboost. Definitely sufficient but I could feel the front end being a little squirrelly, especially in crosswinds. Our first big trip planned to Colorado mapped us through the Million Dollar Hwy and the F250 gave me confidence and security that the F150 would not have provided.
Thank for sharing this video. You have some great storage ideas. Where do you get the hanging ironing board? Oh and how did you mount those plants on your wall and window?

Which particular corner suction shelf did you use for the shower's curvy corners? I've been trying to find one. By the way your video is so helpful!
