Why only 575 posts have been referred for recruitment if 1500+ posts are lying vacant in kashmir division only. What about the recruitment rules which have been revised this year but not finalised yet. The government has not advertised the teacher and lecturer posts since 2014 and 2016 respectively. It's a very big gap.To fill the gap and the wounds of the highly qualified youth of Jk govt must enhance the number of the vacancies in thousands. Moreover the current feasible primary, middle and high schools should be upgraded to the next level so that new vacancies will be created. All this must be done swiftly by the government under the able leadership of Honorable CM Omer Abdullah sahb.

Several post of lecturer were illegal filled by promoting masters by ignoring 50 percent cota through DPC in their own pay and grade by conducting 100 percent Dpc ignoring service rule . so don,t reguliz all DPC lecturer so that 50 percent cota should be seperated for un employed . Recurit them according to previous vacanices
In my opinion selection should be on the district basis so that most of the aspirants get theirs respective jobs how many agree 👍💯 with it because aspirants of different dist . can't compete with dist.of Jammu and Srinagar because of every facilities available in theses district.🎉🎉
Plz highlight the issue of upper age limit in J&K for all civil posts... and should be at par with other states like Haryana, MP, UP and others where it has been fixed 43, 43, 45 for Open merit candidate... In jk it is need of an hour due to delayed recruitments.
