  • Despite a three-hour runtime, “Oppenheimer” omits some pretty important details in the story of the father of the atomic bomb. From a precocious childhood to an often tragic and complicated legacy, here's the real story that inspired the film.

Don't forget the people who had their land taken away from the Manhattan Project.

The movie may not show the burnt bodies in Japan but it also never showed the vile atrocities done by the Japanese army on thousands of innocent civilians. You live by the sword and you die by it.

Just before 5:30 am mountain time, the first atomic bomb went off in the desert. alarmed residents (200)miles away called the police to report earthquakes or airplane crashes- remember this is a primitive bomb in comparison to present day arsenals.

Cillian Murphy ate one almond a day so he could become emaciated like Oppenheimer was. How is it possible to sustain yourself on one almond a day?

In a recent article in the magazine American spectator, outlined in great detail why Oppenheimer was truly a security risk. I fundamentally disagree with the conclusion that this video comes to.
