Don't forget the people who had their land taken away from the Manhattan Project.
“Taken away by/for the…”.
Sorry, but “from” means something very different…
And they paid Anglo land owners more than black and Latino peoples. 😢
@@emmylemmy8156 Yep, that doesn't surprise me

USA? That’s been happening since the beginning! Although the Spanish were also guilty of that…
Indeed but that cannot be attributed to Oppenheimer.
Awesome video
I saw the movie “Oppenheimer”.Today with my parents. And so far it’s my favorite movie this year!
The movie may not show the burnt bodies in Japan but it also never showed the vile atrocities done by the Japanese army on thousands of innocent civilians. You live by the sword and you die by it.
Just before 5:30 am mountain time, the first atomic bomb went off in the desert. alarmed residents (200)miles away called the police to report earthquakes or airplane crashes- remember this is a primitive bomb in comparison to present day arsenals.
I really didn’t like the narration:(
The man who was the key component for the start of the cold war
Oh really? So the CIA were not?
Imagine building a bomb for your country only to be accused of disloyalty
Cillian Murphy ate one almond a day so he could become emaciated like Oppenheimer was. How is it possible to sustain yourself on one almond a day?
Lying
ha, you've never studied fasting. You can go days without food. Average American could last 40 days, most more without food. We have about 100,000 calories stored up. Vitamins and minerals and efa's stored in our fat cells,
Stay open-minded, folks. Give this narrator a break. Don't shoot the messenger.
It's not her message. She has a horrible voice.
The man was full of mental pain.
In a recent article in the magazine American spectator, outlined in great detail why Oppenheimer was truly a security risk. I fundamentally disagree with the conclusion that this video comes to.
Well of course it did lol, it’s the American Spectator.
@@mollydooker9636 The facts it exposed are either true or false. They stand on their own. I read conservative, liberal and libertarian websites. Too much information is never enough
I watched the movie this past weekend and it’s so good
